So true. In my 18+ years as a full time professional singer, I heard all the excuses as to why some musicians weren't working. The bottom line was that they weren't running their music life like a business! I had hired replacements at times when I needed to take time off and they would forget to show up! How does someone do that? I always said, "I run a business and music is the product I offer!" Love this article! So true.
